Stay at lake hill hotel
Staffs are very co operative. Rooms are neat and clean. Toiletries are sufficient. Food and live music are also awesome. Hotel staff Shiva helped a lot and with smiling face. Memorable stay at the the Lake hill
Location wise it is very amazing as the hotel has the lake right in front of the hotel. It's not crowded at all so one can have the feeling of extreme peace. If I talk about the hotel, it is also very neat and clean and I experienced the awesome Lake view from my room from my balcony. Staff is also very much helpful in terms of anything. Everything at the property is to the T. Simply amazing. The property is spec and clean with comfy and cozy beds for a peaceful sleep. Excellent experience staying in this place. I have stayed in dozen of hotels but staying in Lake Hill is just incredible. The service was so good that i extended my stay from 2 days to 10 days. I came here just to spend my weekend but the Staff and Service was so good that i extended my stay and was doing my office from this place only as it was so calm and relaxing just in front of the lake. It was so relaxing that no matter how much official work load and stress you had but the view from the room and smiling face and gesture of the Staff specially *Saumya, Pravesh (the manager), Kamal, Ritesh, were making it so relaxing and fresh. I had an amazing experience at this place. *I had my birthday during my stay at this place and the staff gave an awesome lifetime surprise to me which I'll never forget SPECIAL THANKS TO *PRAVESH ( The Manager), SAUMYA and KAMAL from Front office, Lokesh and all the staff from house Keeping specially Govind jee (house keeping Manager), Sachin, people from other departments also Aman, Ankit, Sunita jee, Manohar jee, Kailash jee, Shiva each and everyone. I forgot the names m sorry 😃😃. Millions n millions of beautiful memories with this place now. This place is highly recommend for stay at Bhimtal as you'll never see such a polite and quick response from the staff for all your needs. Even when the kitchen was closed they arranged food at Diwali. Saumya from front office is very nice, friendly, helpful and polite which I've never seen at any other place. Pravesh is so helping and kind hearted person that he himself n staff celebrated Diwali with me with all the crackers, sweets, lighting Diyas and candles with such a pleasant way. I have millions and tons of beautiful memories with place now. Kamal and Saumya from front office were so helping that they arranged all my needs on one call whenever I asked for anything. Whenever I'll plan for my vacations at Uttrakhand I'll stay only at The Lake Hill now. Pravesh Negi is Managing this place very well with a beautiful smile on his face and always available on one call no matter how busy he is.
